It starts with a consultation—your ideas, your specifications. From there, we develop multiple drafts for your review through our sister company, Macoyosh Drafting, Our in-house team then addresses every detail: flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, lighting. We can also connect you with trusted interior designers. The focus is always on creating visual impact that respects your investment.
Most homes take between 12 and 18 months, depending on size, design complexity, and site conditions. High-end luxury homes can take up to two years, as every detail is taken care of. We consistently deliver ahead of industry timelines while maintaining the standard of craft our clients expect.
We can help you find land and verify that it’s buildable. From there, we design your blueprints and submit them for permitting. If needed, we’ll work directly with your bank to keep financing on track. Once everything is approved, we break ground and build your home—working with you every step of the way to make sure the final result is exactly what you envisioned.
